Keegan Bradley finished 2nd at the Byron Nelson after shooting 60 with two bogies in opening round. "I guess making a lot of birdies helps your score?" Diffley said. "Keegan had his first tour victory at the same event on this course in 2011. They say horses for courses! I agree."
Andrew Svoboda also made the cut at the Byron Nelson, the first time both ex-Johnnies have made the cut in the same event on tour.
The following players got through the local qualifying and will be playing on June 3 in Purchase, NY at Century & Old Oaks to go to Merion.
